We were told by some french guys we met at the Kings Canyon that you could climb the Uluru rock but it was hard, and then the next day we were told the opposite... that you shouldn't climb the Uluru rock because it has a meaning to the Aborigine people of Australia. Once we finaly got to the Rock after driving over 500 km. We saw lots of people climbing and coming down the Rock that Ben said "I just have to do it" ! so we climbed the Uluru Rock... Well Ben went to the top but I only went a little passed half way. I must say I'm not afraid of hights but once you start to climb there is so much wind and its just so high and steep, its actually pretty scary, plus its sooooooo much harder then it looks! When I got in front of it, I'm like this isnt going to be to hard... yea right!! Anyways after that we watched the Sun set because if you go to see the Uluru Rock and dont watch the Sun set, well there is just no point! lol Monday, July 20, 2009
